We returned from driving back from Florida and noted that our Escalade's oil life had reached zero. The next day, I called Kevin Taggart, our service adviser at Keyser Cadillac, who said to bring the vehicle right over and they would find a way to fit it in. The vehicle was ready for pick up a few hours later and he was even able to perform a tire rotation. When I returned to pick it up, it was parked in front of the dealership washed and ready to go. Just outstanding service!!
