XM radio I brought in to be fixed is still not working correctly. i explained that it wasn't working properly in 290 or 90. Asked for a return call to confirm additional items were looked at. Did not receive a call. Emailed General Manager dissatisfaction to allow time to make it right. That was a week ago. I was called a few days ago for a follow up call on my service visit and I advised of my dissatisfaction and was told someone would be calling me. I know everyone is busy and it's holiday time but I received better experiences from my previous Ford dealership My expectation for a cadillac dealership has not been met and am very disappointed. I hope this can be made right.
