Very friendly and courteous. However, whenever i call the service department for an update on the status of my vehicle i'm always directed to voicemail or email. i leave a message for a callback but NEVER receive one. I have to go to the dealership personally to find out any information. This is wrong no matter how busy you say you are. Not too happy in regards to the communication aspect of your service dept.
