I recently purchased a set of four tires for my SUV XT5. It took awhile for them to be installed so Keyser offered me a loaner car to do some personal shopping. Really appreciated the ability to have a car at my disposal!! And it was a 2019 model!! I get all my service needs done at Keyser which is where I also bought my 2017 Cadillac.
I have been replacing the passenger side headlamp bulbs in my vehicle since October. Only to find out the root cause of the problem was not diagnosed during the first two visits. After spending over $500 for the bulbs and labor, the root cause of the issue was finally diagnosed on the third visit, water was getting into the headlamp which was causing the bulbs to blow. Not sure why this wasn't discovered the past two visits. Not many options with this issue, drill holes in the headlamp to allow the water to drain out or replace the headlamp which is about $1300, not including labor. Not a happy camper knowing that I'll eventually have to buy a new headlamp for $1300 after I've already spent $500 in bulbs and labor. That money could've been used towards the headlamp replacement had the root cause of the issue been identified on my first or second visit and not the third.
Its 1 of the best experiences I have had with a dealership, and will always choose your dealership over any other besides GMC of Orchard Park. Dealership in East Aurora has not been one of my favorites, they need to work on customer service. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR SERVICE
