I received 3 recall notices on my 2015 CTS. I stopped in to Keyser to check on the parts needed. They had the parts and scheduled an appointment for the work and said it would take a couple hours. Try set me up with a 2019 XTS for a loaner! When I received a call I went back and turned in the loaner and my car was washed and waiting for me. That’s Service!
Great job done by the service department personnel, including our service writer, Adam. Work completed was excellent and within the time we were told. Waiting area was clean and comfortable. Checking out process was effortless.
