Entire visit to service went smoothly and without issue. Service Advisor, Adam, greeted us and expeditiously made sure the service requested was completed the first time without issue and was completed by the time promised. Adam is quite knowledgeable, professional and friendly to deal with. Was given a loaner vehicle so that I didn’t have to wait at the dealership. Job well done!!
