Check in was almost 15 minutes standing in the drive through being told that the guy standing at the desk couldn't check me in and that I had to wait for another person who was out in the shop. Other than that, exemplary service.

No loaner car when I specifically asked for an appointment when I could have a loaner car. Rushed through the service while I waited. Got the car back after the tires were rotated and they made a terrible thumping sound. I took it elsewhere to be fixed. Need to get your act together.

I had an oil change which was done in a timely manner. The staff, especially Adam, was cordial and informative. They also washed my car and did an excellent job. I am very satisfied. I recommend Keyser Cadillac to everyone.
On 8/14/18 I brought my car in for a scheduled oil change. On that date I told Adam from the service dept. that we were having issues with the Navigation system, and also that my wife had an issue with the car not starting one day while shopping. Adam had a Tech check it on the computer and indicated that they did find an issue with the navigation system and would order the part to have the problem fixed. When I brought the car in to have the issue fixed, I was assigned to Andy. He also had a tech place the car on the computer and he found the same issue. But, he called me to let me know that he was not going to replace the part as what that part did for the navigation system was not listed on the service order. I had to talk him into having the part installed. On the same phone call I asked him about the issue with my wife and the car not starting. I felt the explanation he gave me was offensive regarding my wife. In the future I would appreciate not being assigned to Andy.

Our service visit was completed on time and was done professionally. Adam Balch, our service advisor has again done an excellent job, keeping me informed of the status of the service being performed. Adam is always professional, friendly and knowledgeable.
I was driving when my gauges stopped working....I drove to Keyser and they took my car right in. They gave me a loaner so I could get to work. The next day my car was,fixed and returned to me nice and clean. Once again Keyser went above and beyond what most dealers would do.
I was having trouble with the Cue screen freezing up. They said there were problems with the Cue and ordered a new one for me, we set up an appointment for replacement and said it would be a 20 minute wait. I took the car in and 30 minutes later it was repaired, washed and waiting for me. Great job and only 10 minutes off the mark.
While I have always had excellent service with the service department, the sales department lacks follow thru. When I purchased my vehicle I was missing a mesh that I told my salesman about. I have had multiple conversations and different responses such as we called the dealership where the vehicle came from and it’s on it’s way, we will take care of it, I forgot about it, I told my brother, and the last one didn’t you get it. I think with all my complaints someone would have called me to ensure I received it and was satisfied. It’s been 9 months and for this reason I will probably go back to Valley Cadillac in Rochester because this never would have happened there and that’s where I bought my first 2 Cadillac’s from.
