Amber called and reminded me that service was due on my XTS Upon arrival,Service Manager Kevin Taggart promptly greeted me and began the service process. I was provided a Courtesy Car and was able to attend a morning meeting. Service was completed and CUE was updated. Kevin answered a couple of questions for me regarding future service needs.. My experience at Keyser was excellent.
